Under California's Consumer Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) and other state privacy laws, you have the right to opt out of certain data practices.

## Jaby's Current Practices

Currently, Jaby does not:

-   Share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
-   Process personal information for targeted advertising purposes

## Future Protection

If Jaby introduces features that involve selling or sharing personal information (such as a Free tier with targeted advertising), this opt-out preference will automatically apply to your account.

Jaby honors browser-based privacy signals where legally required:
